Registration Requirements
- Proof of age (the child must be of appropriate age by the cut-off date of the current school year)
- Copy of current immunization records
- Non-refundable registration fee
- Non-refundable supply fee
- Complete enrollment forms
- All children in the 3′s and 4′s classes must be potty trained by the start of school.
